At Tulips we strive to meet your needs through offering a variety of sessions.

Full Day session    : 8am - 6pm £46.00
Morning session    : 8am - 1pm £25.00
                           : 9am - 3pm £29.20
                           : 9am - 12noon £15.00                            
Afternoon session  : 1pm - 6pm £23.00

A discount of 10% is offered to siblings.  We accept Childcare Vouchers as well as Working Child Tax Credit payments.

If your child is 3+ - you are eligible to recieve 12.5 hours FREE nursery education with us as we are also registered for the Nursery Education Grant.

Nappies are to be provided by parents but all other nappy changing materials e.g. wipes and ointments are supplied free of charge.

The nursery is open Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm all year excluding Bank holidays and the period between Christmas and the New Year.

Fees are payable at the beginning of the month invoiced by direct debit.  There are no deductions for holidays or sickness.

Bookings for places at the nursery can only be confirmed upon receipt of the nursery booking form and a deposit cheque plus a registration fee of £25.00. Fees are payable by direct debit or bankers order a month in hand.  Invoices are raised around the 20th of each month.  The registration fee of £25.00 is non-refundable, the deposit is returned at the time your child leaves the nursery, having fulfilled the terms and conditions of the contract.

Two month written notice of a child leaving the nursery must be given.

Deposit cheques should be made payable to ‘The Tulips Day Nursery Ltd’ and sent with a booking form to The Tulips Day Nursery, Petworth Road, Milford, GU8 5AT.

The above fees are reviewed annually, the next review is March 2009.
