The business benefits of participating in the Tulips Corporate Partner Programme are undeniable. The scheme is “cost neutral” to the employer and does not require an onsite nursery.
How It Works
In 1990 the Government introduced an important piece of legislation that allows employees to save money on nursery fees. This legislation provides nursery care to be a tax-deductible expense for the employer and a non-taxable benefit-in-kind for the employee. In simple terms, the employee takes a reduction in their gross salary and the employee’s childcare nursery fees are then paid by the employer on a monthly basis directly to Tulips Nursery.
